Salted Caramel Thins

Handmade chocolate thins made with a unique high cocoa content, caramelised milk chocolate blended with just the right amount of fine sea salt crystals.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent of cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter.
